It’s All in the Family

Tony’s grandsons, Vince Totta and Anthony Totta, are keeping a family tradition alive with the sausage recipes passed down from Grandpa Tony Barber to their father Tony Totta and now to them.

We know the power of food to bring people together.  A batch of Totta Sausages on the grill makes for a great tailgate party for a group of friends.  Our holiday gatherings always include Totta Sausage in the recipes you can find on this website’s recipe page.  A couple of packages of Totta Sausages in a pot of homemade sugu make a great Sunday dinner.  Our family has enjoyed this great sausage recipe for over 100 years.  It’s part of our Sicilian heritage and we’re proud to share it with your family.
