Return and refund policy

Refund Policy

Totta LLC, doing business as Totta Sausage (“Totta Sausage”), produces and sells perishable food products. By completing a purchase on this site, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.

No Refunds

All Totta Sausage products are non-refundable. We do not issue cash refunds, store credit, or gift card refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement-Only Resolution

If a product is damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory, Totta Sausage may, at its sole discretion, authorize a replacement only, subject to the conditions below. Replacement is the exclusive remedy available to the customer.

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging.

-  The customer must contact Totta Sausage before returning any product to obtain return authorization and instructions.

- Returned products that show signs of alteration, consumption, mishandling, improper storage, or temperature abuse are not eligible for replacement.

- Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Perishable Product Disclaimer

Once delivery is completed, Totta Sausage is not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper handling, storage, or temperature control after delivery. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon receipt.
